Drafter Designer - Company in Bakersfield is looking for a Drafter Designer with experience in creating detailed technical drawings for parts and machinery while working with current design tools and techniques. This Drafter Designer will do extensive measuring while utilizing all measuring tools and software to create detailed drawings and layouts, review all drawings for accuracy, calculate dimensions and material requirements, capture all dimensional, metallurgical and hardware.
This is a long term, full time position in Bakersfield! The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Company offers excellent benefits and a 401k retirement plan (with a match) Hourly rate is negotiable and DOE. Call Kristy at 661-695-5117 for more information.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Drafting Design experience
- Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and 3D laser scanner
- Ability to read blueprints and product specifications
- Experience and knowledge utilizing all measuring tools
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent math skills
- Quality inspection
