Job Description
CONSTRUCITON CREWMAN
Perform, general construction in remodel work.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Construction repairs; fascia, siding, trim, and deck work.
* Remodel work in the areas of roofing, cement, and painting
* Clean up on job sites.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:
* Must have 2 years construction and/or handyman experience
* Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Must be able to be bonded
* Capability to work and be on a ladder up to 6ft' above ground.
* Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and can work independently.
* Must pass construction skills test
SCHEDULE:
* Monday through Friday
* Occasional Overtime and Saturdays
* 8am to 5pm
* Full time - Temp to hire
* Pay starting rate $20hr
