Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Local, busy company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! This Bilingual Customer Service Rep will assist customers with starting up new accounts, cancel or change service to accounts, data entry, generate work orders, process refunds, print invoices and other basic clerical duties.
This is a short term, full time position in Bakersfield, CA until end of October 2026. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and light Microsoft Excel
Minimum typing 40 wpm
Strong customer service skills
Bilingual (required)
