Reports To: Director of Sales & General Manager
Compensation: Base Salary $65,000–$85,000 DOE + Commission
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a solid understanding of remediation work. Our business specializes in asbestos removal and lead remediation services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to build relationships, contribute to business growth, and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities and team performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
- Build and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the project manager and operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Construction background is required
- Strong understanding of remediation work and a solid understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Knowledge of the construction/mechanical industry is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
