This Receptionist/Admin will answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, update weekly spreadsheet reports, scan billing reports, prepare mail, package tax forms, maintain conference room calendar and master calendar, record prior weeks' time for each employee, respond to emails, update statuses in firm software, order office and kitchen supplies, order onsite breakfast and lunch orders, filing and other general clerical duties. An ideal candidate would have previous experience in the tax and accounting industry (however, not required).
This is a long term, full time, temp to hire position and the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This company offers medical and vision benefits along with a 401k retirement plan with a match.
