Full Charge Bookkeeper - This F/C Bookkeeper will handle various client's monthly accounting such as reconciliations, A/P, A/R, maintain general ledgers, journal entries, financial statements and reports, tax returns and deposits, financial analysis, month and year end close and other various basic accounting tasks.
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION for a local, established office in Bakersfield. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This company offers medical and vision benefits, 401k retirement plan with 12% contribution, bonuses (and a great work environment)
Salary $60,000 to $62,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Equivalent experience (3+ years)
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Lacerte (helpful)
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail
