A busy, growing, local transportation is currently looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to assist with A/P, A/R, receipt reconciliations, match purchase orders, customer location lists, light collections, aging reports, data entry and basic clerical functions!
This is a long term, full time, temp to hire position! Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Company offers a benefit package. Casual office environment.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in Quick Books (helpful)
Previous experience in A/P and A/R
Excellent data entry skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous administrative/accounting work history
