Job Description


Billing Clerk/Receptionist - Needed for great, established company in Bakersfield. This Billing Clerk will handle service tickets, enter payables, record cash receipts for checks received, ACH payments and credit card charges, create invoices for repairs, create quotes, posting and mailing, prepare reports, place orders for products and basic clerical duties.  This person does work in the front office and will answer phones and greet customers however, company has very light "traffic". 




This is a long term, full time position and the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Company offers a benefit package.




Requirements:

Min 2 years accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of SAP and Ariba software (helpful)

High attention to detail
